These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile application "Dream Log" ("App") provided by crelve ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms apply to all relationships between us and users regarding the use of the App.
The App is a dream journal and diary tool that allows users to record their dreams, tag them with emotions and vividness scores, track dream streaks, browse dreams via a calendar view, and explore dream meanings through AI-powered chat analysis. The App also provides morning reminder notifications to help users build a recording habit.
You are responsible for properly managing your account information. You may not transfer or lend your account information to any third party under any circumstances.
The App offers a free plan with limited features and a premium subscription plan. Premium subscription details:
Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You may manage your subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings.
You shall not engage in any of the following activities when using the App:
We may suspend or interrupt all or part of the App without prior notice if we determine that any of the following circumstances exist:
We do not expressly or impliedly warrant that the App is free from defects in fact or law. The App is a personal dream journaling tool and does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. AI-generated dream analysis is for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only and should not be used as a substitute for professional mental health services.
We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the App, except in cases of our intentional or gross negligence.
Dream data created by users is stored on the device and in cloud storage (Firebase Firestore). While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, we are not responsible for data loss due to device failure, account deletion, or other circumstances beyond our control. Users are encouraged to maintain their own backups.
We may change these Terms without notice when we deem it necessary. The revised Terms shall take effect from the time they are posted in the App.
Personal information obtained through the use of the App shall be handled appropriately in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. In the event of any dispute regarding the App, the courts having jurisdiction over our head office location shall have exclusive agreed jurisdiction.

この利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、crelve（以下「当社」）が提供するモバイルアプリケーション「Dream Log」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。ユーザーの皆様（以下「ユーザー」）には、本規約に同意いただいた上で、本アプリをご利用いただきます。
本規約は、ユーザーと当社との間の本アプリの利用に関わる一切の関係に適用されるものとします。
本アプリは、ユーザーが夢を記録・管理するための夢日記ツールです。感情や鮮明度のタグ付け、カレンダー形式での夢の閲覧、連続記録のトラッキング、AIチャットによる夢分析機能を提供します。また、朝のリマインダー通知により、ユーザーの記録習慣をサポートします。
ユーザーは、自己の責任において、本アプリのアカウント情報を適切に管理するものとします。ユーザーは、いかなる場合にも、アカウント情報を第三者に譲渡または貸与することはできません。
本アプリは、機能制限付きの無料プランとプレミアムサブスクリプションプランを提供しています。プレミアムサブスクリプションの詳細：
サブスクリプションはApple App Storeを通じて管理されます。お支払いはApple IDアカウントに請求されます。サブスクリプションは、現在の期間終了の24時間前までにキャンセルしない限り自動的に更新されます。Apple IDアカウント設定でサブスクリプションを管理できます。
ユーザーは、本アプリの利用にあたり、以下の行為をしてはなりません。
当社は、以下のいずれかの事由があると判断した場合、ユーザーに事前に通知することなく本アプリの全部または一部の提供を停止または中断することができるものとします。
当社は、本アプリに事実上または法律上の瑕疵がないことを明示的にも黙示的にも保証しておりません。本アプリは個人的な夢日記ツールであり、医療、心理学、または治療に関するアドバイスを提供するものではありません。AIによる夢分析はエンターテインメントおよび自己内省の目的のみであり、専門的なメンタルヘルスサービスの代替として使用すべきではありません。
当社は、本アプリに起因してユーザーに生じたあらゆる損害について、当社の故意又は重過失による場合を除き、一切の責任を負いません。
ユーザーが作成した夢のデータは、端末およびクラウドストレージ（Firebase Firestore）に保存されます。当社はデータの保護に合理的な措置を講じていますが、端末の故障、アカウントの削除、その他の当社の管理外の事情によるデータの損失については責任を負いません。ユーザーは自身でバックアップを管理することを推奨します。
当社は、必要と判断した場合には、ユーザーに通知することなく本規約を変更することができるものとします。変更後の利用規約は、本アプリに掲載した時点から効力を生じるものとします。
本アプリの利用によって取得する個人情報については、当社「プライバシーポリシー」に従い適切に取り扱うものとします。
本規約の解釈にあたっては、日本法を準拠法とします。本アプリに関して紛争が生じた場合には、当社の本店所在地を管轄する裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。
